01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betgit ("the Platform", "betgit", "we", "our", "us") governing your use of the betgit website located at https://betgit.bio and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment services.

03 Account Registration

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

betgit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in BDT. betgit does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any other non-BDT form without prior written agreement.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the corresponding deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• betgit does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which betgit accepts no responsibility.
• betgit reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including identity verification and source-of-funds evidence.
• Funds deposited into your betgit account must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• betgit reserves the right to suspend or reverse transactions where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

betgit may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms. Where any conflict exists between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are typically subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement) before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each offer's specific terms.

06 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the betgit platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or sports betting markets — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. betgit does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where expressly permitted under the relevant game rules (for example, a cash-out feature in sports betting).
• betgit reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that a technical error, software malfunction, data feed failure, or pricing error resulted in odds or outcomes that do not accurately reflect the intended market conditions. Void bets result in the return of the original stake only.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betgit platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargeback claims.
